Custom ReadyWestern™ Immuno Blot

Custom ReadyWestern™ Immuno Blots are prepared from choice of your tissue lysates to be used with your antibody.  ReadyWestern™ immuno blot is prepared from desired 6-9 tissue lysates by electrophoresis on 4-20% PAGE gel and later immuno blotted onto PVDF membrane.

Protein Lysates isolated from human (normal and tumor) or mouse tissues were prepared by grinding tissues in modified RIPA lysis buffer in the presence of protease and phosphatase inhibitors. After lysis the samples are centrifuged to remove cell debris. Tissue lysates are boiled with 2x Laemilli Buffer (with dye) and electrophoresed on 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel and later electro-blotted on PVDF membrane.  The blots are supplied in PBS as storage buffer .
